Federal Decree No. 127 of 2026 By ratifying the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the State of Qatar

We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,

• having reviewed the Constitution،
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 1996 concerning the General Authority for Civil Aviation, as amended,
• Following a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, and with the approval of The Cabinet, and ratification by the Federal Supreme Council,

We have outlined what lies ahead:

Article 1

The Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the State of Qatar, which was signed in Doha on 22 June 2016, has been ratified; the text of the Agreement is attached.

Article 2

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Civil Aviation shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
