We are Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan The President of the United Arab Emirates,
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (31) of 2021 promulgating the Offences and Penalties Act, as amended,
- Based on the proposal put forward by the Minister of Justice, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
We have issued the following Decree-Law:
Article 1
It shall be replaced by the text of Clause (3) of Article (384), and Article (386) of the aforementioned Offences and Penalties Act provides that, The following two texts:
Article 384, Clause 3:
