- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, and its amendments;

- Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025 Concerning the Criteria for Accepting and Accrediting Service Providers in Accordance with the E-Invoicing System,

has decided:

 

Article 1

Article 5 of the aforementioned Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025 shall be replaced by the following text:

 

Article 5 - Eligibility Criteria for Accreditation

1. A service provider wishing to obtain accreditation must meet the following conditions:

a. The service provider must be active and accredited by Peppol and must have completed the Open Peppol compliance tests.

b. Meet the experience requirements set out in Article 5 (bis) of this Decision.

c. Meet the company registration requirements set out in Article 6 of this Decision.
