Sharjah Executive Council Decision No. 7 of 2012 Regarding the restructuring of the Rental Dispute Committees in the Emirate of Sharjah

We, Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah

- Having reviewed Sharjah Law No. 2 of 1999 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and its Executive Regulations;

- Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007 regarding the regulation of the relationship between landlords and tenants in the Emirate of Sharjah and its Executive Regulations;

- Sharjah Ministerial Decision No. 23 of 2012 regarding the appointment of judges to chair the Rental Dispute Decision Committees and the formation of the Appeals Committee and Enforcement Chambers in the Emirate of Sharjah;

- and in the public interest

have issued the following decision:

Article 1

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007 referred to herein and its Executive Regulations, six committees for the Decision of tenancy disputes shall be established in the Emirate of Sharjah and distributed as follows:
