- Having regard to Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on commercial companies and its amendments;
- Ministerial Decision No. 50 of 2025 regarding the reduction of the prohibition period on the transfer of shares in private joint stock companies listed on the State’s financial markets
and based on the presentation by the Undersecretary,
has decided as follows:
For the purposes of this Decision, the words and terms defined in Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On commercial companies shall have the meanings assigned to them therein, provided that the following terms shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context of the text dictates otherwise:
Decree-Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies and its amendments.
Company: a private joint-stock Company.
