The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- and Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 on Commercial Companies, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2020 on Standards and Metrology;
- Cabinet Decision No. 4 of 2019 on the Regulations for Procurement and Warehouse Management in the Federal Government, and its amendments;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and with the approval of the Cabinet;
has decided:
The National Content Programme attached to this Decision is hereby approved.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
