The Cabinet:
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution;
‒ Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministers and the Powers of Ministries and its amendments;
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2021 on the Commercial Register;
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2022 on the Regulation and Development of Industry;
‒ Cabinet Decision No. 107 of 2022 issuing the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2021 on the Commercial Register;
‒ and based on the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
For the purposes of this Decision, the words and expressions contained herein shall have the meanings set out in Article 1 of the aforementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2022, and the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each, unless the context requires otherwise:
