Ministerial Decision No. 154 of 2024 Regarding the Adoption of UAE standards

Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology 

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2020 on Standards and Metrology;

- and the recommendation of the Standards and Metrology Steering Committee at its second meeting of 2024

- and in the public interest,

has decided as follows:

Article 1

To adopt the UAE standards, the titles and numbers of which are set out in Table 1 attached to this decision, numbering two (2) standards.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of publication.
