- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Law No. 1 of 1974 regarding the reorganisation of the government apparatus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 12 of 2018 regarding the establishment of the Community Development Department;
- Abu Dhabi Chairman of the Executive Council Decision No. 59 of 2018 of the regarding additional powers of the Community Development Department;
- Federal Law No. 13 of 2018 on Volunteer work and its Executive Regulations;
- Abu Dhabi Law No. 6 of 2019 on the establishment of the Community Contributions Authority;
- Abu Dhabi Chairman of the Community Development Department Decision No. 102 of 2024 regarding the adoption of the Volunteer Work policy in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
- and the presentation made by the Undersecretary of the Department;
- and in accordance with the requirements of the work and the public interest
has decided:
The amended Volunteer work policy attached to this Decision is hereby adopted.
