- Having reviewed Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 197 of 2019 regarding the Abu Dhabi Government’s digital payment platform and Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 103 of 2024 regarding the amendment of the Sadad Abu Dhabi platform agreement, the Executive Council has decided as follows:
1. To approve the amendment of fees for digital payment transactions for the Sadad Abu Dhabi platform services, in accordance with the following table:

| Transactions with a value of less than AED 50 | No fees | No fees |
2. To instruct the Government Empowerment Department to take the necessary steps to implement the above in accordance with established procedures.
3. This decision shall be implemented within one week of the date of its issuance.
