1.  Does waiting 2 months before filing for enforcement affect the employee's rights?

  • No statutory deadline is established within which the employee must file for enforcement.

  • Therefore, the right to enforce does not expire after 2 months — the employee may file later without losing the claim.

  • The only deadline specified in the Labour Law is related to submitting labour claims - no later than 2 years from the date of end of labour relations as per Article 54 of the Labour Law.

 

2. Which courts/bodies handle enforcement after a MOHRE decision?

Once a MOHRE settlement decision is issued, enforcement falls under court jurisdiction.
