- Cabinet Decision No. 51/2 of 2025 regarding the restructuring of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority;
- Authority’s Board of Directors’ Decision No. 13/R.M of 2021 regarding the Rulebook for Financial Activities and Reconciliation Mechanisms;
- based on the proposal submitted by the Dubai Financial Market regarding the regulation of the margin trading mechanism financed through it via the “iVestor” platform and its consent to such regulation being subject to the Authority;
- and the approval of the Authority’s Board of Directors by consensus
