Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Establishment:

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2023 establishing the Emirates Drug Establishment;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 Governing Medical Products, Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Establishments;

- and in the public interest

has decided:

Article 1 – Definitions

The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 Governing Medical Products, Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Establishments, as referred to herein, shall apply, unless the context of the text requires otherwise.
