- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 on the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto;
- Dubai Law No. 32 of 2015 on the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 15 of 2016 on Regulatory Legislation Issued by the Authorities of Free Zones and Special Development Zones in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2023 on the Government of Dubai Media Office;
- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 on the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 19 of 2024 on the Regulation of Judicial Police Powers in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Decree No. 22 of 2009 concerning Special Development Zones in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Decision No. 5 of 2024 approving the policy for the dissemination of news in the Emirate of Dubai,
- and the Legislation establishing and regulating free zones in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided:
