- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and the laws amending it;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regulating Labour Relations, its amendments, and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 13 of 2009 on the General Standards Manual for Collective Worker Housing and related Services;
- Ministerial Decision No. 212 of 2014 on the Adoption of the General Standards Guide for Collective Worker Housing designed to Accommodate fewer than 500 Workers;
- Ministerial Decision No. 44 of 2022 concerning Occupational Health and Safety and Workers' Housing, and its amendments
has decided:
1. This Decision applies to establishments that meet the following two conditions:
a. They have fifty (50) or more workers; and
