Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 13 of 2011 Approving Fees and Fines of the Department of Economic Development

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

- Dubai Law No. 7 of 1995 Concerning the Financial Regulations of Government Departments in the Emirate of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw;

- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2005 Imposing the Knowledge Dirham Fee and its amendments;

- Dubai Law No. 25 of 2008 Concerning the Department of Economic Development;

- Dubai Law No. 14 of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Law No. 35 of 2009 Concerning Management of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai; and

- Dubai Local Order No. 114 of 1997 Regulating the Sale at Reduced Prices in the Emirate of Dubai, Do hereby issue this Decision.
