- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 5 of 1995 establishing the Finance Department;
- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 46 of 2025 Establishing a Committee to Examine Objections to Taxes and Fines Imposed on Foreign Banks;
have decided the following:
The text of Article 2 of Dubai Administrative Decision No. 46 of 2025 referred to above shall be replaced by the following text:
A permanent committee shall be formed within the Department called the "Committee for the Examine Objections to Taxes and Fines Imposed on Foreign Banks", chaired by Ms. Reham Mohammed Karamstaji, Director of Tax Affairs, and with the following members:
1. Ms. Sheikha Nasser Al Qattan - Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department - Vice-Chair
2. Ms. Juliana Candido - Department of Finance - Member
3. Mr. Mohammed Mustafa Hussein - Dubai Economic Security Centre - Member
