Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 3 of 2026 Amending Certain Provisions of Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 3 of 2009 Concerning the Unified Tariff for the Use of Public Transport in the Emirate of Dubai

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments;

- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 Concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 3 of 2009 Concerning the Unified Tariff for the Use of Public Transport in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,

have decided the following:

Article 1 - Replacement of the Table of Violations

Table No. 3 specifying the violations and fines attached to Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 3 of 2009 referred to above shall be replaced by the table attached to this Decision.
 

Article 2 - Enforcement and Publication

This decision shall come into force on the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
