has decided:
A psychiatric patient receiving compulsory treatment at an outpatient clinic, or his representative, may request that his treatment be transferred to an outpatient clinic at another mental health facility or a private clinic, in accordance with the following procedures:
- A formal written request shall be submitted by the psychiatric patient or his legal representative to transfer him to another mental health facility or private clinic.
