- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 4 of 2018 Establishing the Financial Audit Authority and its amendments;
- Dubai Decree No. 14 of 2018 appointing the Chairman of the Financial Audit Authority;
- Dubai Decision No. 2 of 2025 On the Job Protection of Public Employees who Report Violations;
- Based on the recommendation of the Director General of the Authority
have decided the following:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
