- Cabinet Decision No. 137 of 2023 regarding the approval and registration of the trust deed;
- Cabinet Decision No. 141 of 2023 Concerning the Requirements for Licensing Professional Legal Persons and Professional Trustees;
- and Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 2 of 2025 regarding the organisation of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Development Department. And following the approval of the Executive Council.
