Ras Al Khaimah Executive Council Decision No. 8 of 2025 Regarding the Approval of the Tables of Fees and Penalties relating to Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 10 of 2019 on the Regulation of the Practice of the Engineering Consultancy Profession

We, Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Executive Council

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2022 promulgating the Civil Procedure Law;

- Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Law of 1981 and its amendments;

- Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 7 of 2012 on the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah;

- Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 10 of 2019 on the Regulation of the Practice of the Engineering Consultancy Profession in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, as amended;

- and following the approval of the Executive Council,

have issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The Table of fees and penalties attached to this Decision is hereby approved.

Article 2

Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by another law, and the measures set out in the aforementioned Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 10 of 2019, any person who commits any of the violations listed in the Table attached to th...
