Ras Al Khaimah Executive Council Decision No. 6 of 2025 concerning the Adoption of the Tables of Fees and Penalties relating to Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 8 of 2019 n Regulating Practice of Contracting Profession

We, Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Executive Council

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2022 promulgating the Civil Procedure Law and its amendments;

- Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Law of 1981 and its amendments;

- Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 7 of 2012 on the facility of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah;

- Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 8 of 2019 rn Regulating Practice of Contracting Profession and its amendments;

- and following the approval of the Executive Council,

have therefore issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The Tables of fees and penalties attached to this Decision are hereby approved.

Article 2

Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by another law and the measures set out in the aforementioned Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 8 of 2019. Any person who commits any of the violations listed in the Table attached to this Decision shall be liable to the fine specified therefo...
