We, Saud bin Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah,
- Having regard to
on the Establishment of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones and the Supervising Authority, and its amendments;
- Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 19 of 2018 concerning the Al-Hailah Free Zone;
- Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 5 of 2020 concerning the Geographical Locations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority;
- Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 20 of 2022 concerning the Geographical Locations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority;
- Ras Al Khaimah Emiri Decree No. 22 of 2023;
- and in the public interest,
have decreed as follows:
The areas set out below shall be designated as free zones and shall be subject to the supervision, regulations and rules of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority:
Zone 1: Al Hamra Industrial Zone - A free zone with an area of four million, two hundred and fifty-one thousand, nine hundred and thirty-eight (4,251,938) square metres, situated on Al Hamra Island, the boundaries of which are set out in the attached plan No....
