We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Ras Al Khaimah Ruler

After perusal of the Constitution;

And Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection;

And Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2022 on Promulgating Commercial Transactions Law;

And Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Commerce Through Modern Technology Means;

And Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 on Media Regulation;

And Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 11 of 2008 on Advertisements Control; 

And Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 7 of 2012 on Establishing Executive Council of Ras Al Khaimah Emirate; 

And Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 9 of 2017 on Organizing Using Electronic Deeds and Signatures in Ras Al Khaimah Emirate; 

And Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 2 of 2025 on Organizing Department of Economic Development in Ras Al Khaimah; 

And Ras Al Khaimah Law No. 6 of 2025 on Organizing Sale by Discounted Prices in Ras Al Khaimah; 

And after approval of the Executive Council;

have promulgated the following Law:
