- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 Concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 8 of 2004 On Free Financial Zones, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 On Public Finance, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 22 of 2020 On the Distribution of Powers and Functions between the Securities and Commodities Authority and Licensed Securities and Commodities Markets in the State;
- Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority and the approval of the Cabinet;
