Ministerial Decision No. 777 of 2025 regarding Mechanisms for Compliance with Emiratisation Quotas in Private Sector Health Facilities

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 4 of 2015 Concerning Private Health Facilities and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 13 of 2020 Concerning Public Health;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 Regulating Labour Relations and its amendments and Executive Regulations;

- Cabinet Decision No. 7/1 of 2021 On Initiatives and Programmes to Promote the Competitiveness of Emirati Cadres and its amendments;

- Ministerial Decision No. 279 of 2022 On Mechanisms for Monitoring Emiratisation Rates in the Private Sector and Penalties Imposed on Non-Compliant Establishments, and its amendments;

- The results of the Emiratisation Committee meeting in the health sector on January 22, 2025;

- Based on the requirements of the work.
