Minister of Climate Change and Environment,
- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 10 of 2015 On Food Safety and its Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 32 of 2017 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry;
- Based on the requirements of the public interest,
has decided:
The Food Control and Inspection System of Food Establishments within the State attached to this Decision shall be adopted.
The Ministry shall supervise the implementation of the food control and inspection system and its establishments within the State in coordination with the relevant State authorities.
The Competent Department within the Ministry shall submit periodic quarterly reports to the Minister on the results of the implementation of this Decision.
