The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- And Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 On Public Finances, and its amendments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 2022 On the Adoption of the Manual of Procedures for the Establishment of Special Funds in the Federal Government;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and with the approval of the Cabinet,
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
Minister: Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
Fund: The Insurance Benefits Governance Fund for Workers in the Labour Market established pursuant to this Decision.
