The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 2017 On Anti-Dumping, Countervailing and Preventive Measures;
- Federal Law No. 11 of 2019 On Rules and Certificates of Origin;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 On Public Finance, as amended;
- Cabinet Decision No. 20 of 2020 On Fees for Services provided by the Ministry of Economy, and its amendments;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet;
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Foreign Trade.
Minister: Minister of Foreign Trade.
