We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2022 On the Organisation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and its amendments;
- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;
have decided the following:
An agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Antigua and Barbuda on the mutual exemption from entry visa requirements, signed in New York on September 24, 2025, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
