Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance and streamline the submission process at DDA, please be informed that the standalone application ZADC-07B-Soil Investigation Report will be integrated within the following applications effective 1 January 2026:
- Final Design Approval
- Shoring Permit
- Piling Permit
- Excavation Permit
Accordingly, all consultants are requested to include the below soil report documentation as part of any of the above applications:
- Detailed Geotechnical Calculations
- Completed Soil Investigation Report Checklist (Form No. ZA-DC-F-103)
- Soil Investigation Report (soft copy)
- Copy of the Geotechnical Laboratory’s Professional License
- Accreditation Certificate from the Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC)
- Drawing indicating the location, depth, and number of boreholes in DWF format as per Dubai Building Code
