- Having reviewed Ajman Emiri Decree No. 1 of 2015 concerning the Department of Economic Development in Ajman and its amendments;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 5 of 2018 issuing the Law Regulating the Practice of Economic Activities in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 12 of 2015 concerning the Fees for the Services of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman and its amendments;
- Ajman Administrative Decision No. 11 of 2020 concerning the Issuance of the Regulations for the Practice of Electronic Commerce;
- and in the public interest,
have decided the following:
In applying the provisions of these regulations, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Ajman.
Department: The Department of Economic Development in the Emirate.
Competent Authority: Any local or federal authority that has jurisdiction under the legislation in force ...
