- Having reviewed Ajman Emiri Decree No. 7 of 2017 concerning the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman;
- Ajman Law No. 2 of 2020 concerning the regulation of real estate development in the Emirate of Ajman;
- Ajman Law No. 3 of 2020 concerning the regulation of landowner affairs in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments;
- Ajman Emiri Decree No. 5 of 2021 appointing the Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Authority,
- Ajman Administrative Decision No. 44 of 2023 regarding the contents of insurance for sub-properties, and in the interests of the work,
has decided as follows:
Subject to the provisions of Article 31 of Ajman Law No. 3 of 2020 regarding the regulation of property owners’ affairs in the Emirate of Ajman.
The management company shall be obliged to insure the Ancillary Property for the benefit of the owners, and the insurance shall cover the following:
