- Ajman Administrative Decision No. 51 of 2020 regarding the Regulation of the Real Estate Development Project Guarantee Account;
- Ajman Administrative Decision No. 136 of 2025 regarding the Regulations governing the Guarantee Account for Real Estate Development Projects;
