We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 33 of 2015 Establishing the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 on the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its implementing regulations and amendments thereto,
has decided:
This law shall be named "Dubai Law No. 12 of 2025 on the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation."
The following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them in this Law, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Dubai.
Ruler: His Highness the Ruler of Dubai.
Foundation: Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives.
Board: Board of Trustees of the Foundation.
Supreme Head: The Ruler.
Head: Head of the Foundation.
Secretary General: Secretary General of the Foundation.
Executive Director: The chief executive officer of the Foundation.
Relevant Entities: The entities, Foundations, campaigns, initiatives...
