We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the United Arab Emirates,
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 7 of 2020 On the Establishment of the Media Office of the Government of the United Arab Emirates, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 On Human Resources in the Federal Government;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2022 Establishing the National Media Office;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 57 of 2022 Establishing the Emirates Media Council;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 Regulating Media;
- Based on the proposal of the Vice Chairman, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chief of the Chairmanial Court, and with the approval of the Cabinet,
