Dubai Administrative Decision No. 95 of 2025 Approving the Guidelines for Dubai Standards for Academic Guidance and Professional Readiness

The Director General

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 Concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, hereinafter referred to as "the Authority";

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 Regulating the Work of Private Schools in the Emirate of Dubai;

- Based on the requirements of the public interest,

have decided the following:

Article 1 - Approval of the Guidelines

The "Guidelines for Dubai Standards for Academic Guidance and Professional Readiness" published on the Authority's website, including its principles, standards, rules and provisions, are hereby approved.

Article 2 - Scope of Application

The guidelines approved by this Decision shall apply to all private schools in the Emirate of Dubai covered by the provisions of Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 referred to above.

Article 3 - Review and Update of the Guidelines

The Authority shall periodically review and update the guidelines approved pursuant to this Decision, and such updates shall be published on the Authority's website.
