- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 5 of 1995 establishing the Department of Finance;
- Dubai Law No. 22 of 2015 Regulating Public-Private Partnerships in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Decree No. 20 of 2009 Appointing the Director General of the Department of Finance,
have decided the following:
The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in Dubai Law No. 22 of 2015 referred to above.
a. The following conditions must be met before inviting qualified partners to obtain the Terms and Conditions booklet for the project:
1. The provisions of Article 15 of Dubai Law No. 22 of 2015 referred to above shall be taken into account before inviting qualified partners.
2. The invitation shall include the following information:
a. A general description of the project, its basic conditions, and the dates and locations of its implementation.
