Ministerial Decision No. 295 of 2025 Regarding the Formation of a Committee to Hear Appeals against Decisions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Relating to Educational and Training Institutions

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research:

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 48 of 2021 On Higher Education;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 49 of 2022 Concerning Human Resources in the Federal Government;

- Cabinet Decision No. 48 of 2023 Concerning the Executive Regulations of the Federal Decree-Law Concerning Human Resources in the Federal Government;

- Cabinet Decision No. 21 of 2025 Concerning the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research;

- Cabinet Decision No. 81 of 2025 On Service Fees and Administrative Fines in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research;

- and in accordance with the requirements of the work,
