- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 On Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 On public finances, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2023 On the Regulation of the Space Sector;
- Cabinet Decision No. 21 of 2023 Concerning the List of Administrative Violations resulting from Contravention of the Legislation Regulating Space Activities and other Activities related to the Space Sector;
- Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Space Agency and the approval of the Cabinet,
