The Cabinet,
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2023 On the Regulation of the Space Sector;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2023 On the Reorganisation of the UAE Space Agency;
- Federal Decree No. 85 of 2000 Concerning the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies, and the two agreements related to these activities;
- Cabinet Decision No. 18 of 2023 On the Regulations Governing Permits for Space Activities and other Activities related to the Space Sector;
- Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Space Agency and the approval of the Cabinet.
The definitions contained in Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2023 referred to in this Decision shall apply, and otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth opposite them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
