- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 On Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;
- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 On Consumer Protection, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On Commercial Companies, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 On Trade through Modern Technology Means;
- Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 Concerning the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 Concerning Consumer Protection;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet,
