Federal Decree No. 164 of 2025 ratifying the Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Russian Federation

We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,

- Having regard to the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;

- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Trade, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,

have decided the following:

Article 1

The Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on August 7, 2025, the text of which is attached hereto, is hereby ratified. 

Article 2

The Minister of Foreign Trade shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
