- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Trade, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
have decided:
The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Angola, signed in Luanda on August 25, 2025, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Foreign Trade shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
