- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 On the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 On the Rights of the Child Law, "Wadeema," and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 On Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 On the Protection of Personal Data;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 Regulating Media;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2024 On the Establishment and Regulation of the Council for Education, Human Development and Society;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Family Affairs and the approval of the Cabinet
