- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 6 of 2005 On the Organisation of Dubai Courts and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 14 of 2009 On the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2013 On Notaries in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 On the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 4 of 2014 Regarding the Approval of Fees and Fines related to Notaries in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 10 of 2025 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Dubai Courts,
have decided the following:
a. The fees of private notaries for the services they are authorised to provide shall be determined in accordance with the table attached to this Decision.
b. The private notary public shall charge a fee of AED 100 for each party to the deed for the services listed in Clauses (1) to (7) of the table attached to this Decision, ...
