Cabinet Decision No. 179 of 2025 Amending certain Provisions of Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 Issuing the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 On the Entry and Residence of Foreigners

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 2  of 2021 On the Entry and Residence of Foreigners;

- Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 issuing the Executive Regulations for Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 On the Entry and Residence of Foreigners;

- Based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, and with the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

Article 1

The following port shall be added to the approved ports listed in Article 3 of the aforementioned Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022, as follows:

c. Land ports

11. Al Madam Border Crossing (Sharjah).

Article 2

A new article numbered 19 (bis) shall be added to Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022, referred to above, with the following text:

Article 19 (bis) - Entry Visa for the Purpose of Multiple Work Assignments for a Period of Two Years
