Administrative Decision No. 33 of 2025 Regarding Updating the Regulatory Policy for Registration Requirements for Mobile Phone Subscribers

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector and Digital Government,

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2003 on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector and its Executive Regulations and amendments thereto;

- Administrative Decision No. 51 of 2020 regarding Updating the Regulatory Policy for Registration Requirements for Mobile Phone Subscribers;

- Based on the presentation by the Director General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 14, 2025 of the memorandum of approval submitted to it by the Authority's management,

have decided the following:

Article 1

The regulatory policy for registration requirements for mobile phone subscribers and its annexes, attached to this Decision, shall be updated.
