The President of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security,

- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 On the Establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security;

- Federal Decree No. 124 of 2021 Concerning the Appointment of the President of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Border Security;

- Federal Decree No. 15 of 2022, ratifying the Unified Customs Law of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries and its Executive Regulations, and amendments thereto;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 Concerning the Entry and Residence of Foreigners;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 On Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Proliferation Financing;

- Cabinet Decision No. 79 of 2025 Concerning the Organisational Structure of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security,
